If you are are a shareholder, please make sure you participate in the AS EGCC  general meeting on Wednesday at 3 p.m, where the main point on the agenda is the issuing of shares in a new AA class.

If you are a small shareholder and are concerned about the investment plans for the club, I would like to reassure you that your rights to play on the various courses are not affected.

We would like to add this to the process of issuing the new shares  as new investors are buying a right to play on the new course and in addition the right to play in the Sea Course. Hence the  planned AA share  price of € 9,500 over the issuing period.  Specific figures in terms of investments will be disclosed at Wednesday's meeting.

There will be a joint discussion on the issue of  the existing shareholders willing  to invest in the right to play in Annika’s course or gaining the total budget in co-operation with the  new investor. All  these decisions can be made  in future general meetings after having relevant information on  the involvement of new investors, a more specific plan and a proposal.

We would like to say that the option of the existing shareholders not paying for the right to play in Annika’s course would be the best for  the minority shareholders as well as  the majority shareholders.

Mostly it all depends on our joint decisions on how to move forward with the plans of the new course. The first real success would be the emission of the new share and  its sale to a prospective investor / prospective investors  in order to successfully proceed the project to its construction in the  autumn  of  2017.

Please find the materials of the General Meeting (in Estonian):

If you have any further  questions or you would like to get more information about the meeting  or the agenda, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We look forward to seeing you all this Wednesday. EGCC is entering an extremely exciting era and we would welcome any feedback and suggestions  from the shareholders and suggestions  to go proceed together toward the construction of the new course.

The meeting time and venue: the 23rd November  3 p.m. Raidla Ellex premises (address Roosikrantsi 2, Tallinn,  the 7th floor).
