The 2016 golf season ends with the long-awaited annual EGCC Cross Country competition, which will take place on Saturday, October 15 at 10:00 am on both Sea and Stone Courses. PRO Rein Auväärt has put together some totally new and extreme challenges which will only be made public on competition day. We'll be putting together 3-member teams and playing the Florida Scramble format - all members of the team tee off and the best shot. Then the other two players hit the next shot and so on until the end of each hole. The player whose ball is chosen, always skips a shot. The scoring also takes into account the group HCP.
The maximum number of teams is 20, so don't delay, sign up today! As well as prizes for the winning team, there are also prizes for longest drive and closest to the pin.
