The EGCC HCP Wednesday is a season-long competition that will kick off on Wednesday, May 4th. There is a significant change in the series this year - you can take part in the competition every Wednesday and choose whether you play at the Sea Course or the Stone Course. The series runs from May to August, the final will take place on September 7.

We are waiting for all golf lovers to take part and remember, you can choose the right time, course, tee box and, of course, playing partners on Wednesdays. A minimum of two competitors must play together to submit scorecards. If you want to play more than one round in one day, notify the Caddiemaster.

Each calendar month, one of your results in the competition classes on one of the courses will be taken into account. In competition class F (see competition classes below), the two best results from the Stone Course 9-hole rounds will be taken into account each month. Based on the monthly results, we compile a ranking for the calendar month, and the points of the top three months and the final competition will be taken into account.

The competition is based on WHS HCPI in six competition classes:

A
– HCP stroke: men HCP ...–9,9
B – HCP stroke: men HCP 10,0–19,9
HCP stroke: men HCP 20,0–36,0
D – HCP stroke: women HCP ...–15,0
E – HCP stroke: women HCP 15,1–36,0
F – Stableford: men & women HCP 36,0–54

The rules and other important information can be found in the competition instructions (in Estonian).

The participation fee for the 9 on the Stone Course is 5 €, the competition fee for the 18 on the Sea Course is 10 €. The EGCC price is valid for those who have the right to play the 2022 Stone Course and / or Sea Course and have paid their membership fee. For those who do not have the right to play, there is a special price: the Green Card green fee is € 20 for the Stone and the Sea Course green fee is € 49. The entry fee should be paid before each stage to the Caddiemaster.

By the end of the season, the start-up fees collected each week will form a fund which will support the organization of the final. We will also distribute half of the collected amount to a prize pool, the size of which will be at least € 2,500. There are a total of six competition classes, the winners of which earn at least € 250 in credits for EGCC services. The credit can be used for competition fees, game rights or other necessities. The winner of second place in each competition class earns at least € 100 worth of credit and third place earns € 50. If there are more participants, the prize pool will also increase. So, invite all your golfing buddies to compete!
